Moving Into The Future With Infused Beverage Equipment For Flavored Beers

by | Sep 6, 2019 | Brewery Equipment

It seems that many of the microbreweries across the country are looking for a way to create a unique beverage that appeals to their target market. As most micro or craft breweries start local, finding a way to create a beer or a beverage that is a signature product and sets the brewery apart from the competition is always a priority.

A different style of beer is always a signature option, but so is the ability to create an infused beer. This is a great way to add a local flavor or a unique twist to any style of craft beer. The key is in having the right infused beverage equipment to be able to consistently add the organic flavor to ensure a quality product with each batch.

Of course, infused beverage equipment is also used in the production of a number of other types of beverages. Infused cold teas and coffees are a terrific supplemental production for many breweries, and using equipment easily integrated into current production lines allows for flexibility and creativity in developing a new beverage flavor and offering.

The Possibilities

With professional quality infused beverage equipment, the challenges of managing the flavor addition to the beer or the beverage can be controlled to create a consistent flavor, color, and look of the beverage.

Depending on the desired end flavor, from earthy to spicy, the herbs, spices, and even fruits and vegetables used in the infusion equipment can vary. Stronger flavors such as mint, cinnamon, and fruits like blackberries or raspberries can be paired with more subtle herbs or even the flavors of elderberries, mango or coconut.

Additionally, CBD infused beers, and cannabis-infused beers are entering the market in different states. There are even some states where THC infused non-alcoholic beers are available, but these brews are still illegal in most states.
